HIGHLIGHTS:

The Mitutoyo pointed micrometer anvil and spline measures small groves on parts or workpieces along with keyways. A ratchet-stop mechanism provides uniform pressure on a workpiece for precise, repeatable measurements.

FEATURES:

• Some metric models have measuring surfaces constructed of carbide to reduce wear
• Ratchet mechanism provides an audible click to ensure measurement is performed with constant force
• Knurled friction thimbles provide quick adjustments even when wearing gloves
• Satin chrome finish on the sleeve and laser etched measurements on thimble for easier reading
• Frame has a baked enamel finish for durability and longer lifespan
